This technique training barbell is used to teach proper techniques or to scale strength loads of beginner athletes. The barbell has just enough weight to make movements realistic, but not so much that it compromises proper form. This 7kg barbell also offers an added benefit to beginner athletes, by offering the ability to perform up to 35kg lifts (you can put up to 15kg plates on this bar) without having to rely on using 5kg bumpers, which have a higher risk of cracking and breaking when dropped from above the hip.
