The weight plates are placed in triple secured pockets to keep them in place in every workout! Maximum comfort is guaranteed with adjustable shoulder straps and stretchable Velcro waistbands, allowing you to modify for the best fit across a broad variety of movements. The 14lb version comes with two weight plates (5.75lb each plate) and Velcro patches (Again Faster – AF Logo). To add more weight you can purchase extra plates (available in pairs)
